International research-and-practice conference «Key directions in the development of science and education within a state framework of the formation of technological sovereignty»
In today’s world targeted to technological sovereignty, science and education have emerged as essential issues for nations all over the world. Digital and economical challenges force us to find new high-tech solutions, to make the most of the HEIs resources for high-end professionals training and to achieve high-level RDI goals. Technological sovereignty implies the country's desire to independently determine and implement technology policy, regardless of external technology suppliers. In this context, several priority areas for the development of science and education have been identified.
One of the key points is the formation of human capital for priority areas of industry. To do this, it is necessary to transform educational strategies, quickly strengthen university programs with innovative methodologies and didactic models aimed at forming a new generation of engineers with a high level of knowledge and responsible citizenship, capable of quickly engaging in solving engineering problems to achieve technological independence.
The conference will bring together leading experts to share insights, present groundbreaking research, and discuss innovative solutions for education to support technological sovereignty. Don State Technical University is proud to welcome the conference guests and participants from August 8 to August 9, 2024 in Rostov-on-Don. Join us to engage in meaningful dialogue, talk over the cutting-edge academic research, and contribute to shaping the future of science and education.
